We ask that you give us a week to complete your order as all items are made custom to your specifications. Larger orders may require a longer production time.
If you are needing an item for a specific day or need a quick turn around, please let us know through the chat, email or text. We understand that things pop up last minute and will try to accommodate as best as we can.
We will always try to create exactly what you are looking to have on your clothing or item. We do need to respect copyright laws, so sometimes our hands are tied. That being said, solutions are almost always possible so let's take a shot at coming up with something you will love. Send us a message or upload your image in your order.
Every order is custom made specifically for you. We take great pride in making sure you will be happy with the design and item before it is produced. Please make sure to choose the correct size, color and look at your proof carefully to ensure the design and spelling are correct.
All sales are final as they are custom orders, however, if there is a product defect, we will make sure it is addressed and replaced or fixed. All requests should be made by email and will be addressed on a case by case basis.
If you are unsure about sizing, color, fit or have any questions about a product, please let us know while ordering. We will do our best to help guide you through the choices available. Many times, blank samples may be available for viewing if local.
